1. All memberships will be based on a calendar year. Memberships purchased after January 1 will be prorated from the day of purchase.

2. Membership dues are good for 2009. Golf Club management may in its discretion raise or lower rates for 2010.

3. Cart fees and dues will remain as announced (pls. refer to the Golf Fees page. Blue Cypress Golf Club management may in its discretion raise or lower rates.

4. By signing the Membership Form and being accepted by Blue Cypress Golf Club management, the Member agrees to pay membership dues for the remainder of the calendar year.

5. If a Member is incapacitated, he/she may appeal to the management for relief from the obligation to pay dues. Consideration of dues relief will be at the sole discretion of the management.

6. All members are expected to follow the USGA Rules of Golf Etiquette while on the course and grounds.

7. All Members are requested to take proper care of the golf course and equipment. Repair ball marks on greens. Place sand on divots. Drive on cart paths where provided. Do not drive close to greens and tees.

8. Flagrant abuse of the course or equipment by a member will be referred to management. Management may take action that it deems warranted including expulsion.

9. Golf carts are required for all players prior to 1:00 PM on weekends and holidays.

10. All Members and players must check in and register at the Clubhouse prior to starting play.
